Position Summary: Branch Manager I (IFB – Full-Fledged Branch)
Are you a seasoned banking professional with expertise in Islamic banking (IFB) operations and branch leadership? Tsehay Bank is looking for a driven and qualified Branch Manager I to lead its Fajr Amana Branch in the Furi area and deliver value through excellent service, strategic oversight, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all operations of the full-fledged IFB branch, ensuring compliance with Sharia principles and Tsehay Bank’s policies
- Lead, coach, and motivate the branch team to achieve financial targets and superior customer service
- Establish and grow strong relationships with IFB clients and local communities
- Monitor branch performance and implement improvements in productivity and service delivery
- Promote and cross-sell Islamic banking products and digital financial solutions
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education:
BA degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Management, Marketing Management, or related fields from a recognized institution - Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of relevant banking experience
At least 2 years in a supervisory role within IFB Branch Management
