Position Summary: Customer Service Advisor (Fixed Term)
Are you passionate about customer support, logistics, and operational excellence? DHL Ethiopia is looking for a highly organized, results-oriented professional to provide superior service to our clients and play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Accept and register bookings for DHL services with accuracy
- Provide value-added solutions, convert inquiries into sales leads
- Deliver accurate info on transit times, customs requirements, pricing
- Engage customers with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to resolve queries
- Recommend service/process improvements to boost customer satisfaction
- Follow existing procedures while using discretion to exceed expectations
- Foster team collaboration, support team goals, and contribute ideas for improvement
Required Qualifications & Skills
- University Degree (any discipline)
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute (preferred)
- Excellent phone, sales, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Solid customer relationship experience
- Knowledge of telephone systems & order booking software is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and multitasking skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
