Position: Branch Manager I
Are you an experienced banking professional ready to lead and grow branch operations? Tsehay Bank invites dynamic and qualified candidates to apply for the Branch Manager I position at its Addis Ababa and Aweday branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage branch operations, ensuring efficient customer service delivery.
- Achieve business targets on deposits, loans, and service sales.
- Supervise, coach, and develop branch staff for high performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, banking regulations, and risk management frameworks.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and promote bank products.
- Prepare regular branch reports and communicate branch performance to head office.

What You Need to Succeed:
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from a recognized institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum 7 years of relevant banking experience.
- At least 2 years must be at a supervisory level.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Solid understanding of branch operations and banking products.
- Proven ability to drive business growth and meet financial targets.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
