Position: Part-Time Social Media Officer
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in social media management
- Strong knowledge of photo shoots, video, and content creation
- Excellent communication skills and creativity in digital storytelling
- Commitment to the mission and values of BACO
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the organization’s social media platforms
- Create engaging content, including photo shoots and visual storytelling
- Develop and implement strategies to increase visibility and audience engagement
- Monitor analytics and optimize campaigns for maximum impact
- Collaborate with the team to align digital communication with organizational goals
Salary: Based on the organization’s scale
