1. Branch Clerk / Credit & Saving Trainee
Location: Addis Ababa & Other Branches
Qualification:
- BA in Accounting or a related field
Experience: - No experience required
Skills: - Teamwork and adaptability
- Basic knowledge of Shariah-compliant finance
- Basic computer skills
2. Branch Cashier
Location: Addis Ababa & Other Branches
Qualification:
- BA in Accounting or other business-related fields
Experience: - Minimum 3 years relevant experience
Skills: - Confidence handling cash
- Knowledge in Interest-Free Financing
- Ability to work under pressure
3. Branch Customer Service Senior Officer / Accountant
Location: Addis Ababa & Other Branches
Qualification:
- BA/MBA in Accounting or related fields
Experience: - 4+ years relevant work experience
Skills: - Strong communication & analytical abilities
- Knowledge of Islamic financial principles
- Ethical and professional conduct
4. Field-Level Savings Collector
Location: Addis Ababa & Other Branches
Qualification:
- Diploma / 10+2 in Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or IT
Experience: - 0–2 years (experience must be verified in writing)
Skills: - Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency required)
- Knowledge of Sharia-compliant finance
- Field operations readiness
5. Branch Manager
Location: Addis Ababa & Other Branches
Qualification:
- BA or MBA in Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or related
Experience: - 4–6 years of relevant experience, including 1 year in a managerial role
Skills: - Leadership and team motivation
- Technical and managerial capability
- Commitment to interest-free finance
- Excellent communication and planning
