Position: Car Rental & Transportation Officer
Are you passionate about operations and service delivery in the transportation sector? Join our fast-growing company and contribute to modernizing Ethiopia’s car rental and tour services.
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualification:
- BSc in Management, Transport & Insurance, Automotive Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in car rental, transport service, or related roles (preferably in the service industry)
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer requests and coordinate bookings
- Maintain accurate fuel usage logs and reconcile with GPS reports
- Manage cash transactions, open/close daily cash operations
- Prepare cheques and ensure proper withholding compliance
- Track collections, generate payment records, and manage petty cash
- Submit monthly income tax, pension (PF) reports, and ERCA declarations
- Support both internal and external audits with proper documentation
- Clear monthly bank statements and ensure all settlements are made
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by your supervisor

- Familiarity with transport systems and regulatory compliance
