Open Positions and Requirements
1. Office Assistant
- Education: 10th or 12th Grade complete
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Location: Head Office (Addis Ababa) and Dire Dawa Branches
2. Secretary/Cashier
- Education: Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management from a recognized institution
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a related role
- Location: Head Office, Dire Dawa, and Dilla Branches
3. Underwriting Officer
- Education: BA/BSc degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as an Underwriter
- Location: Addis Ababa, Debre Berhan, Dire Dawa, and Dilla Branches
4. Human Resource Officer I
- Education: BA/MA in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Leadership, or related fields
- Experience: 2 years of relevant experience; insurance sector experience is a plus
- Location: Head Office
5. Senior Property Administration Officer
- Education: BA in Management, Purchasing and Supplies Management, or related fields
- Experience: 5 years of relevant experience; background in insurance preferred
- Location: Head Office
6. Branch Manager
- Education: BA/BSc in Economics, Management, Accounting, Statistics, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years relevant experience, including 2 years in a senior role
- Location: Addis Ababa and Dire Dawa Branches
