Available Positions
Position 1: Junior Life Assurance Officer
- Qualification: BSc Degree in Medical or Pharmaceutical fields
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Human Resource Officer I
- Qualification: BA/MA in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Leadership, Management, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience; prior work in the insurance industry is an advantage
- Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Senior Anti-Corruption Officer
- Qualification: BA in Accounting, Management, Business, Economics, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, including at least 2 years in an anti-corruption-related role
- Location: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Senior Application Administrator
- Qualification: MSc/BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related fields
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience, with expertise in modern programming languages, systems development, and enterprise-level application implementation
- Location: Addis Ababa
Position 5: Senior Customer Complaint Handling Officer
- Qualification: BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or complaint management
- Location: Addis Ababa
