Position: Young Graduate Trainee Program – IT (YGTP-IT)
This program targets bright, motivated recent graduates with strong academic credentials in the field of Information Technology. Selected candidates will be trained across various functions and will support digital transformation efforts, core banking systems, and tech-driven innovations.
Educational Requirements
- BSc Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
- Minimum CGPA: 3.25
- Year of Graduation: 2025 G.C. only
- Recent graduates (no prior experience required)

Program Responsibilities

- Maintain positive work ethics aligned with Zemen Bank’s values
