Position: Sales Representative (Fresh Graduate)
Educational Qualification:
- BA in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields
Experience:
- 0 years; open to new graduates of 2025
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect orders and ensure product availability in all potential outlets
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
- Monitor sales agents, route plans, and delivery frequency
- Promote company products and recommended retail prices (RRP)
- Prepare timely and accurate sales reports
- Support agents to increase sell-out performance and adherence to FIFO stock movement
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of sales and distribution processes
