Position 1: Senior Accountant – IFRS Project
Location: Addis Ababa (Ref: V. No HO/02210/25)
Qualifications & Experience:
- BA Degree in Accounting & Finance
- Minimum of 6 years’ work experience in accounting or financial reporting
- ACCA/CPA certifications and IFRS Diploma are strong advantages
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and monitoring of IFRS reporting standards
- Ensure compliance with regulatory financial reporting frameworks
- Coordinate audits and support financial reconciliation tasks
Position 2: Senior Data Analyst & BI Developer
Location: Addis Ababa (Ref: V. No HO/02209/25)
Qualifications & Experience:
- BSc in Computer Science or related IT fields
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in IT or banking data systems
- Certifications in data analytics, BI tools, or IT systems are a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage data analytics systems to drive strategic decisions
- Implement BI dashboards, reporting tools, and performance monitoring
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and optimal system functionality
Position 3: Principal – Tax Officer
Location: Addis Ababa (Ref: V. No HO/02208/25)
Qualifications & Experience:
- BA in Business, Management, Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in tax, finance, or compliance
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely tax filing, payment, and reporting
- Maintain full compliance with federal and regional tax regulations
- Manage tax audits and develop risk mitigation strategies
