1. Accountant
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in SACCOs or financial institutions.
- Proficiency in accounting software: Sage 50cloud/Peachtree, IFRS, GAT.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Marketing Communication, or Public Relations.

3. Loan Officer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Loan Processing, Banking, Credit Management, or Financial Services.

4. Branch Manager
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Business Leadership/Management, Business Administration, Financial Management, Accounting & Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Branch Manager, or leadership positions in Microfinance, SACCO, or Banks.
