Amibara Properties PLC is a fast-growing real estate company planning to develop a world-class mall and apartment complex in the heart of Addis Ababa, near Friendship Square. The project will consist of 10 to 25-storey modern buildings covering a total area of 15,000 square meters, designed by Nimonah Consulting Architects, Engineers, and Construction.
The company invites fresh graduates and qualified applicants to apply for the following positions.
Position 1: Sales Officer
Educational Qualifications & Experience
- BA/BSc degree in any field with one (1) year of work experience in any industry
OR - Diploma in any field with two (2) years of work experience in any industry
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Confident, goal-oriented, and passionate about property sales
- Team player with a positive and winning attitude
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: ETB 14,656.00
- Commission: 5%
- Number of Positions: 50
Position 2: Customer Service Officer
Educational Qualifications & Experience
- BA/BSc degree in any field with one (1) year of work experience in any industry
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer handling and service orientation
- Professional attitude with problem-solving skills
Compensation Package
- Salary: ETB 23,275.86
- Commission: Attractive performance-based commission
