JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Amibara Properties PLC to Build World-class Mall and Apartments in the heart of Addis. Amibara Property is planning to build a state-of-the-art mall and apartments designed by Nimonah Consulting Architects, Engineers and Construction.The city center project, located near friendship square, will house 10 to 25 storeys of modern buildings and will cover an area of 15,000 square meters
Position 1: Junior Accountant
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of accounting experience.
- Knowledge of Ethiopian tax regulations and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Peachtree or other accounting software is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
- Maintain financial data accuracy and ensure timely updates in databases.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly financial reports.
- Assist in tax filing (income tax, VAT, pension) and compliance with Ethiopian tax laws.
- Handle petty cash transactions, check payments, and bank deposits.
- Support financial audits and internal reviews.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial planning.
Position 2: Senior Sales Officer
Qualifications
- BSc/BA in any field with one year of experience as a Real Estate Sales Consultant
- Diploma in any field with two years of experience as a Real Estate Consultant
