JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position 1: Digital Marketer
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field and a certificate on Digital Marketing
Experience: 2+ years’ experience on Digital Marketing
Other Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities
- Communication
- Creativity
- Attention to detail
- Experience with CRM tools
- Knowledge of real estate trends
- Experience in graphics designing is a plus
Compensation: Salary + Commission
Position 2: Customer Service Officer
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Procurement knowledge is a plus and will be an advantage in shortlisting.
Position 3: Videographer and Photographer
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any filed and a certificate on photography and videography.
Experience: 2+ years’ experience on photography and videography.
Responsibilities:
- Shooting footage that captures events or situations from multiple angles using different camera positions and perspectives
- Operating audio equipment such as microphones, sound mixers, and digital recorders to capture sound during filming
- Shooting still photos during filming to capture candid moments or create images for promotional materials
- Shooting and editing, videos or photos to social media sites and TV Ad
- Editing footage to create polished videos with music, titles, credits, and subtitles
- Coming up with trending ideas
- Content creating
Compensation: Salary + Commission
