Position: Customer Service Executive – II
The Customer Service Executive (CSE) – II plays a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting the bank’s resource mobilization efforts. The position involves handling front-line customer service operations and promoting the bank’s products and services.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in banking operations as CSO, CSR, CSE, or a related position
- Skills: Strong communication, customer service, and cross-selling capabilities
Key Responsibilities
- Handle front-line customer service with care and efficiency
- Enhance customer satisfaction through prompt problem-solving
- Support branch resource mobilization by cross-selling banking products and services
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions
