Customer Service Officer
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Business Administration
- Project Management
- Related fields
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Experience in the following areas is advantageous:
- Digital solutions products and services
- BPO and digital marketing clients
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Social media and online customer service platforms
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

- Strong time management skills
- Efficient communication abilities
- Effective use of digital tools
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Provide technical support, billing support, and account management
- Handle communication with BPO and digital marketing clients
- Resolve client complaints and service issues
- Manage and update client and company data records accurately
- Collaborate with the Operations Coordinator and Project Officer to improve service delivery
- Develop and implement client account management strategies
- Generate service delivery reports and maintain client interaction records
- Stay updated on new digital solutions tools and customer service trends
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Performance will be evaluated based on:
- Number of services completed within deadline and required quality
- On-time service delivery
- Overall quality of work
- New knowledge and skills acquired monthly
- Collaboration efficiency with the Project Officer and Operations Coordinator
Work Location
Office located around Kazanchis, Addis Ababa
