Position: JPS Controller
Qualifications & Experience
- Level 4 or Diploma in Information Technology (IT), Social Studies, or related fields.
- 0 years and above (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
Required Skills & Characteristics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
- High level of initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively across all levels.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor vehicle movements via GPS and report any irregularities.
- Notify the head of department immediately if vehicles change direction or stop for more than 5 minutes.
- Track and respond to GPS messages promptly.
- Provide vehicle movement reports daily (3 am and 9 pm).
- Monitor vehicles outside working hours and report suspicious activity.
- Track fuel levels and report theft.
- Submit GPS and vehicle activity reports weekly and monthly.
- Record oil, battery, and tire changes, and notify when replacements are due.
- Ensure proper use and protection of company property.
