Open Positions
1. Culture & Engagement Business Partner
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications, Journalism, PR, Marketing, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
- 5–8 years’ experience in HR, employee engagement, or culture-related roles.
- Fluent in both English and Amharic (mandatory).
- Proven ability to design and implement employee engagement strategies in large/complex organizations.
- Strong knowledge of employee experience, change management, and organizational culture.
- Skilled in surveys, data analysis, and insight-driven decision-making.
- Excellent facilitation, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Capacity to work with executive leadership, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results.

2. OSP Technician
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Telecommunication or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in fiber optic installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance (aerial & underground).
- Skills in fiber splicing, termination, testing, cable pulling, and pole rigging.
Desired:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science with at least 2 years’ experience in fiber optics.
- Health & Safety Certification.
- Working at Height & Fall Arrest Certification.
- Experience in fiber deployment projects.
