Degree Programs Covered

1. Bachelor of Sexual & Reproductive Health (BSH)

  • Duration: 3 years
  • Delivery: 70% virtual, 30% in-person
  • Focus: Africentric approaches, litigation, advocacy
  • Ideal For: High school graduates or diploma holders seeking entry-level SRH leadership roles

2. Post-graduate Diploma in SRH (PgDip-SRH)

  • Duration: 1 year
  • Delivery: Practice-based learning with policy and research tools
  • Ideal For: Mid-career professionals transitioning into SRH or advancing their credentials

What the Scholarship Covers

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Ahaki SRH Scholarship, applicants must:

  • Be African citizens residing in any African country
  • Hold an offer of admission to the BSH or PgDip-SRH program (2025/26 cohort)
  • Demonstrate a clear commitment to SRH justice through work, activism, or lived experience
  • Show leadership potential and a clear plan to influence SRH policy, advocacy, or community outcomes
  • Priority is given to applicants from marginalized or underserved backgrounds

  • Recommended Degree Application Deadline: June 15, 2025
  • Scholarship Application Deadline: June 30, 2025, at 23:59 EAT
  • Shortlisting and Interviews: July 2025
