Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
- BSc or BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, or other related fields.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of banking experience.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Officer II or in a related position.

Position 2: Manager – Customer Relationship
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
- BSc or BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, or related fields.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management and Resource Mobilization within the banking industry.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory position or as a Customer Relationship Manager.
