Position: Talent Development Officer
Job Summary:
The Talent Development Officer is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing employee development programs that align with Ahadu Bank’s strategic goals. This role involves conducting training needs assessments, facilitating performance improvement initiatives, and supporting leadership development and succession planning.
Qualifications and Experience
Education:
- BA Degree in Management, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in talent development, preferably within the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement employee learning and development programs.
- Conduct training needs assessments and create tailored learning solutions.
- Support performance management systems and career development plans.
- Collaborate with management to design succession planning frameworks.
- Ensure training initiatives align with organizational strategy and culture.
