The foundation focuses on three core areas — Health, Education, and Policy Advocacy — to ensure holistic support for children and families.
Through its specialized pediatric clinic and advocacy programs, Deborah Foundation continues to provide life-changing services and opportunities for children across Ethiopia.
Available Positions
Position 1: Social Worker
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- 0–1 year of experience in pediatric, hospital, or clinical settings preferred.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Salary: Gross salary – ETB 8,000
Workplace: Deborah Specialized Pediatric Clinic, Legetafo Legedadi
Position 2: Pharmacist
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Valid pharmacy license.
- 0–1 year of experience in a clinical or hospital pharmacy, preferably in pediatrics.
- Strong knowledge of pediatric pharmacology and dosing.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
Salary: Gross salary – ETB 12,000

Position 3: Laboratory Technician
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science from a recognized institution.
- Valid professional license.
- 0–1 year of experience in a clinical or pediatric laboratory preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Good computer literacy and familiarity with laboratory information systems.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Salary: Gross salary – ETB 12,000
