Position 1: Ethics Officer
Education: BSC, BA in Economics, Management, Law , Business Administration, or related field of study
Experience: 2 years of experience as a junior ethics officer or in a related position, preferably in the banking industry.
Responsibilities:
Ensures an organization operates ethically, complying with policies and laws, by identifying and addressing potential issues, developing ethical frameworks, and promoting a culture of integrity.

Position 2: Attorney
Education: LLM/LLB in Law or a related field of study
Experience Requirement: Minimm of 2 years of experience as a Junior Attorney or in a related position, preferably in the banking industry.
Responsibilities:
To provide legal advice and minimize the legal risk of the Bank by ensuring on-time recovery of bad loans through loan workout and foreclosure actions and representing and defending the interest of the Bank before any tribunal.

Position 3: Branch Manager I
Education: MSC, MA, BSC, BA Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration , Banking & Finance & related.
Experience: 7 years of experience in the banking industry, of which 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager (CSM) or RM, Basic Branch Manager, or equivalent position.
Responsibilities:
A Branch Manager oversees and directs all aspects of a branch’s operations, including sales, customer service, staff management, and financial performance. The manager ensures profitability and compliance with company policies and regulations.
