Position 1: Customer Service Officer I – Modjo Branch
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in banking
Key Competencies:
- Understanding of basic financial products and services
- Knowledge of bank accounting and procedures
- Ability to respond to client inquiries and resolve issues
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and core banking systems

Position 2: Corporate Relationship Manager (CRM) – Addis Ababa
Educational Qualification:
- BSc or BA in Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields
Experience:
- 8 years in customer relationship or resource mobilization in banking, including 2 years in a supervisory role
Job Summary:
- Responsible for building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with key corporate clients
- Drive client loyalty, retention, and revenue growth
