Position 1: Branch Cashier
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Management, or related fields
Experience
- 0–2 years of relevant experience
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of microfinance operations
- Knowledge of basic accounting records management
- Ability to handle cash and financial instruments securely
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer and office machine operation skills

Position 2: Branch Accountant
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting
Experience
- 4–8 years of relevant accounting experience
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Knowledge of microfinance operations
- Familiarity with government financial laws and regulations
- Ability to prepare financial statements and reports
- Basic understanding of IFRS
- Strong computer application skills

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting or related field
Experience

- Ability to conduct financial analysis
- Strong reporting and communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
