- Proficiency in basic financial management and reporting tools.
- Basic computer application skills.
Soft Skills
- Good communication skills.
- Basic understanding of branch operations and microfinance products.
Knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of company operational policies and procedures.
- Basic knowledge of KYC principles.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements at the branch level.
- Good knowledge of financial and marketing management principles and practices.

2. Senior IT Auditor
Required Education
- MA/BA Degree in IT, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in related positions.
Technical Skills
- Competence in auditing logical access, change management, backup and recovery, system operations, job scheduling, incident management, and IT governance.
- Ability to plan, execute, document, and report risk-based IT audits covering IT General Controls (ITGC), application controls, and technology-related business processes.
- Strong understanding of Core Banking System (CBS) functionality, user access, transaction processing, interfaces, parameter settings, data integrity, and system-generated reports.
- Ability to identify, assess, prioritize, and monitor IT, cybersecurity, operational, and technology-related risks in a microfinance environment.
- Ability to evaluate input, processing, validation, authorization, exception handling, interface, and output controls within applications.
