About Addisitua Ethiopia SACCO
Addisitua Ethiopia SACCO was established with a vision to create a member-owned financial cooperative that serves the diverse financial needs of the community in Addis Ababa. Beginning with just 50 members, the cooperative has grown into a successful financial institution serving more than 5,200 members.
The SACCO offers both conventional financial services and Sharia-compliant financial products, ensuring members have access to ethical and inclusive financial solutions that align with their values.
Available Positions
Position 1: Marketing Specialist
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Accounting, Cooperative Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- Zero years of experience or above.
Number of Vacancies:
- 5 Positions
Additional Requirements:
- Computer knowledge and relevant experience are encouraged.
Position 2: Financial Expert
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience.
Number of Vacancies:
- 3 Positions
Additional Requirements:
- Computer knowledge and practical experience are preferred.
Position 3: Loan Specialist
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience.
Number of Vacancies:
- 3 Positions
Additional Requirements:
- Computer knowledge and relevant experience are encouraged.
Position 4: Branch Manager
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Cooperative Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a cooperative or microfinance institution.
Number of Vacancies:
- 3 Positions
Additional Requirements:
- Computer knowledge and relevant experience are encouraged.
Salary and Work Location
- Salary will be determined according to the organization’s salary scale.
- Successful applicants will be assigned to branch offices located in the association’s operational regions.
