Position: HSE Engineer
Ethiopian Airlines Group is seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Engineer to support health, safety, and environmental management activities within its construction and operational projects.
Qualification Requirements
Applicants must have:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s (BSc) Degree in any Engineering field or Occupational Health and Safety.
- At least eight (8) years of relevant experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management on large civil construction projects or related fields.
Language Requirement
- Knowledge of Ethiopian Airlines’ working language, English, is mandatory.
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages is an added advantage.
Key Skills
Successful candidates should demonstrate:
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.
- Experience implementing HSE policies and procedures.
- Excellent risk assessment and incident management skills.
- Strong communication and reporting abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Problem-solving and leadership skills.
