Educational Requirements

Graduate Trainee Program
The Graduate Trainee Program provides approximately 2–3 months of structured off-the-job and on-the-job training designed to develop well-rounded banking professionals.
Upon successful completion of the program, selected trainees will be required to commit to serving Addis International Bank for three years.
