1. Biomedical Engineer
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Valid professional license is required.
Work Experience
- Relevant experience in a general hospital or clinical setting is preferred.
- Experience in medical equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance is an advantage.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of biomedical and medical equipment maintenance.

2. Laboratory Technologist
Educational Qualification
- Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized higher educational institution.
- Valid professional license is mandatory.
Work Experience
- Entry-level opportunity suitable for fresh graduates.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in laboratory procedures, methodologies, and clinical testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

3. Laundry Machine Operator
Educational Qualification

- 0–1 year of relevant experience.
- Previous experience in a hospital or commercial laundry facility is an advantage.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of housekeeping and sanitation procedures.

4. Autoclave Machine Operator
Educational Qualification
- Diploma or Certificate in Sterile Processing, Medical Technology, or a related field.
- Certification in Central Sterile Processing (CRCST) or equivalent is mandatory.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is highly desirable.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital sterilization department.
- Previous autoclave machine operation experience is preferred.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of sterilization principles, infection-control standards, and autoclave operation.
- Ability to operate sterilization equipment and interpret sterilization indicators.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate sterilization records and follow safety procedures.
5. Physiotherapist
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Physiotherapy/Physical Therapy from a recognized educational institution.
- Valid professional license or registration from the relevant Ethiopian regulatory authority.
Work Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Relevant clinical experience is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong clinical knowledge and physiotherapy skills.
- Knowledge of rehabilitation sciences, occupational therapy, and community-based rehabilitation.
- Ability to assess patients and develop appropriate rehabilitation and treatment plans.
- Strong patient-care, communication, documentation, and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
6. Vice Nursing Department Head
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSc) or higher from a recognized institution.
- Valid professional license is required.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
Required Skills
- Strong nursing, patient-care, and patient-monitoring skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Strong leadership skills and emotional intelligence.
- Knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental health.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
