Position 1: Quality Assurance Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute both manual and automated test cases
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across software platforms
- Use automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, or JUnit
- Collaborate with developers and DevOps teams to resolve software defects
- Support CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins or Travis CI
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Proficiency with test automation tools and scripting
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum workflows, and DevOps principles
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- ISTQB or related certification is a plus
Position 2: Business and Requirement Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
- Develop BRDs, SRS documents, user stories, and use cases
- Utilize modeling tools such as Visio or Lucidchart for BPMN/UML diagrams
- Collaborate with product, development, and QA teams to define project scope
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and gap assessments
- Support Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project environments
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis in an IT or software development environment
- Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and requirement-tracking tools
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, Scrum frameworks
- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA are preferred
