Available Positions
1. Branch Manager I
Education:
- BA Degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Management, or other related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant banking experience, of which at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, direct, and control branch operations.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage customer service delivery and address client concerns.
- Oversee credit analysis, loan management, and collections.
- Safeguard branch assets and maintain operational efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with customers, public institutions, and business partners.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare branch reports.
- Lead, coach, and supervise branch staff to achieve performance objectives.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
2. Deputy Director, District Office
Education:
- MA/BA Degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Economics, or other related fields.
Experience:
- For MA holders: Minimum 6 years of relevant banking experience, including 2 years in managerial roles or 3 years as a team leader.
- For BA holders: Minimum 8 years of relevant banking experience, including 3 years in managerial roles or 4 years as a team leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the District Office Director in planning, monitoring, and managing branch operations within the district.
- Review loan and guarantee applications for compliance and risk assessment.
- Monitor branch performance and compile operational/financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, service quality, and performance standards.
- Support and guide branch managers through leadership and coaching.
- Promote sales culture and customer service excellence across branches.
- Identify operational risks and ensure timely reporting and resolution.
- Coordinate with head office and other departments to meet district needs.
