Position: Junior Accountant
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- CGPA of 3.00 and above is mandatory.
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience in accounting or administration.
- Good knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws, payroll, pension, and financial reporting requirements.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluency in English and Amharic (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Peachtree/Sage or other accounting software is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently, with strong attention to detail.
- Professional integrity, confidentiality, and organizational discipline.

- Team player with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proactive and adaptable in handling multiple tasks.
- Ability to perform under pressure in challenging environments.
