Kadisco Paint and Adhesive Industry S.C., formerly known as Kadisco Chemical Industry PLC, is one of Ethiopia’s leading manufacturers in the construction, industrial, automotive, wood, and leather sectors. Available Positions
1. Executive 2 – Project Sales
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience (construction field sales preferred).
- Basic understanding of B2B or project-based sales.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and client relationship management.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client and project site visits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in Amharic; good English proficiency.
Behavioral Competencies:
- Curiosity & Initiative: Seeks out project leads and new opportunities.
- Professionalism: Able to engage with contractors and engineers.
- Adaptability: Comfortable with fieldwork and project dynamics.

2. Senior Accountant
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field (additional finance certifications are a plus).
- 7+ years of accounting experience in corporate or public accounting.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Key Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
