Available Positions
1. Accountant
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, or a closely related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in a SACCO or banking sector
- Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Peachtree Accounting software
Location: Mekelle
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, record, and report all financial transactions accurately
- Ensure compliance with organizational financial guidelines and standards
- Assist the Branch Manager in day-to-day accounting operations
2. Branch Manager
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree (MA/MBA/MSc): Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in the financial sector, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc): Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in the financial sector, including at least 4 years in a managerial or supervisory role
Location: Mekelle
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the branch operations and manage the team efficiently
- Ensure proper financial management, compliance, and reporting
- Develop strategies to enhance service delivery and member satisfaction
