Now, we’re expanding our fitness operations and seeking a driven and experienced Gym Manager to lead our state-of-the-art fitness facility.
Position: Gym Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily gym operations ensuring smooth functionality and excellent client experience
- Lead and manage fitness staff, trainers, and front-desk teams
- Develop and implement fitness programs, events, and client engagement strategies
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and industry best practices
- Monitor performance metrics, member satisfaction, and retention
- Coordinate facility maintenance, inventory, and budget oversight
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the fitness industry or in a management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with gym equipment, fitness trends, and customer service standards
- Ability to multi-task, solve problems, and motivate team members
- High standards in hygiene, professionalism, and client relations
