Available Position
Real Estate Sales Officer
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Business-related fields
- Marketing
- Management
- Other related disciplines
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 6 months of real estate sales experience
Required Skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Effective time management abilities
- Skills in telemarketing and client outreach
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Duties & Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell residential and commercial properties
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable property options
- Contact potential clients and collect accurate client information
- Conduct market surveys and client engagement activities in assigned areas
- Achieve or exceed daily sales targets set by the company
- Provide daily reports on client follow-ups and prospecting activities
- Plan and set weekly, monthly, and annual sales objectives
Compensation
- Attractive salary
- 4% sales commission
