Position 1: Branch Manager – Grade I
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
- Management
- Economics
- Accounting and Finance
- Marketing
- Banking and Finance
- Business Administration
- Other business-related fields
Experience Requirement
- Minimum of 6 years of banking operations experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory position.
Salary
- As per the Bank’s Salary Scale.
Duty Station
Branches under Hawassa District:
- Butajira Branch
- Balerobe Branch
Branches under Dire Dawa District:
- Kulbi Branch
- Kezira Branch
- Deder Branch (East Hararge)
- Daruselam Branch
- Aksa IFB Branch (Jigjiga)
Additional Requirement:
- Speaking and writing Afan Oromo language is preferable for applicants applying to Balerobe and Deder Branches.
Position 2: Chief Security Officer
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
- BA Degree in Police Science from a recognized Police College.
Experience Requirement
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in security or military activities.
Job Responsibilities
The Chief Security Officer will be responsible for:
- Supervising and coordinating security operations and activities of the bank.
- Ensuring effective performance of the bank’s security force.
- Studying and introducing improved security systems and techniques.
- Monitoring outsourced security guards.
- Coordinating security patrol activities.
- Following up and managing security operations across the bank.
