Position 1: Administrative Assistant
Minimum Qualification
Applicants must have:
- BA Degree in Secretarial Science & Office Management or Administrative Service Management, or
- Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management or Administrative Service Management
Experience
- BA Degree holders: Minimum 2 years of related work experience
- Diploma holders: Minimum 4 years of related work experience
Duty Station: Head Office
Position 2: Branch Manager – Grade 1
Minimum Qualification
Applicants must have:
- BA Degree in:
- Management
- Economics
- Accounting & Finance
- Marketing
- Banking & Finance
- Business Administration
- Or another business-related field
Experience
- Minimum 6 years of work experience in banking operations
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory position
Location: Branches under Addis Ababa area
Position 3: Branch Manager – Grade 1
Minimum Qualification

Experience
- Minimum 6 years of work experience in banking operations

- Aksa IFB, Jigjiga
Language Preference
For Deder and Fugna Bira branches, the ability to speak and write Afan Oromo is preferable.
Position 4: Branch Manager – Grade 2
Minimum Qualification
