Open Positions
Position 1: Manager – Brand Management & Communication
Location: Head Office – Addis Ababa
Requirements:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Economics, Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years (Master’s) / 8 years (Bachelor’s) of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a senior-level marketing or communications position
Key Functions: - Lead strategic branding initiatives
- Oversee media, public relations, and digital marketing campaigns
- Enhance brand consistency and stakeholder engagement
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align branding with business goals
Position 2: Director – Marketing
Location: Head Office – Addis Ababa
Requirements:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Economics, Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years (Master’s) / 10 years (Bachelor’s) of professional experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial role
Key Functions: - Design and implement national marketing strategy
- Drive customer acquisition and market penetration
- Lead product positioning and promotional planning
- Supervise research and analytics for market trends
Position 3: Branch Manager – Grade I
Locations:
- Kebri Dahar Branch – Dire Dawa District
- Melkarefu (IFB) Branch – Dire Dawa District
Requirements:
- BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Preferred: - Fluency in Afan Oromo for Melkarefu Branch
- Fluency in Somali for Kebri Dahar Branch
Key Functions: - Lead day-to-day branch operations and team performance
- Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with regulations
- Grow branch profitability through innovative service delivery
- Implement credit and risk management policies
