Position Summary: Social Media Part-Time Host
This role is ideal for individuals who are confident on camera and passionate about social media. The position involves creating engaging video content to promote the company’s services across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. The role is flexible and mostly remote, allowing content creation on your own schedule.
Requirements
Core Qualifications:
- Confident and comfortable appearing on camera
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
- Creative mindset with awareness of current trends
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude and presentable appearance
Preferred:
- Female candidates (for brand representation purposes)
- Bilingual ability (Amharic and Afan Oromo)
- Experience in content creation, hosting, or influencing
- Basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, InShot)
Key Responsibilities
- Create short promotional videos (Reels, TikTok, Stories)
- Present and explain company services clearly and attractively
- Develop creative content ideas based on trends
- Post and manage content on social media platforms
- Engage with followers through comments and messages
- Collaborate with the team on marketing campaigns
- Maintain consistent brand tone and image
- Track basic performance metrics (views, likes, engagement)
- Participate in promotional campaigns and advertisements
Salary & Work Arrangement
- Monthly Salary: 5,000 ETB
- Flexible, part-time schedule
- Primarily remote work with occasional outdoor or on-location recordings
