Position: Senior Officer, Training and Development
Academic & Professional Qualification
- Bachelor’s in human resources management, Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or related Fields.
Experience:
- At least 4 years relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level I or equivalent.
Technical Competencies:
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strategic thinking
- Industry specific skills (products and services).
- Knowledge of training program development,
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
