JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Zemen Bank invites interested and qualified applicants for the following new job positions. Position: Officer – Social and Digital Marketing (Graphics Designer)
Academic & Professional Qualification
- Diploma and/ Training Certificate in Video Camera, Photography, Videography (Adobe Photoshop, illustrator and in design) from TVET/ College.
Experience:
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience in video editing ,photo editing and/ graphics design.
- Photography/ Videography skill is advantageous.
Proficiency and skills
- Video editing, photo editing and graphics design . Well familiar with video and photo editing and graphic design tools and soft wares. Who can use Artificial intelligence (AI) when deemed necessary.
Additional Skills:
- Demonstrable graphic design skills.
- Ability to design info/motion graphic/animations/interactive ads is an added advantage.
- Photography or Videography skills would also be an added advantage.
- Expertise in design software including Adobe tools.
Responsibility & Tasks
- Rough layouts of artwork and prose that consider arrangement, scale, type size and style, and associated aesthetic principles serve as conceptual illustrations.
- Excellent social media engagement skills (Canva a must, Adobe a plus)
- Design brand identity systems, packaging, graphics, and campaigns with proficiency in both print and digital spaces

- Who can present proof of work/samples of the past experience.
