Position Summary: Bank Trainee
ZamZam Bank’s Trainee Programme is a professional development initiative designed for high-potential fresh graduates who are eager to launch a career in the banking sector. Through comprehensive training, on-the-job exposure, and personal mentorship, the program offers a solid foundation for building a long-term career in Interest-Free Banking (IFB).
Key Responsibilities
Selected trainees will:
- Participate in structured training across key banking functions
- Learn operational, customer service, and Sharia-compliant banking principles
- Gain exposure to various departments within ZamZam Bank
- Support daily activities at their assigned branch under supervision
- Contribute to the Bank’s mission of ethical and inclusive finance
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other Business-related fields
- Graduated in 2024 or later
- Minimum GPA of 2.50
- No prior work experience required
- Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is advantageous
- Willingness to relocate to one of the listed branch locations
