Position 1: Senior Internal Control Officer
Qualification: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related business fields.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of banking experience, including 2 years as Auditor or Internal Control Officer.
Location: East District (Dire Dawa)

Position 2: Senior Officer, Shariah Compliance, Review & Secretary
Qualification: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Law, Islamic Banking & Finance, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 4 years in Sharia compliance or advisory roles within a financial institution.
Additional Advantage: Knowledge of Arabic language.
Location: Head Office (Addis Ababa)
Position 3: Senior IT Auditor
Qualification: BSc in Computer Science, Information Science, MIS, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or related IT fields.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience, including 2 years as IT/System Auditor.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Manager, Internal Audit
Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related business fields.
Experience: 5/7 years of banking experience, including 2 years in senior or leadership roles within audit functions.
Location: Head Office (Addis Ababa)
Position 5: Senior Risk Management Officer
Qualification: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of banking experience, including 2 years as a Risk Management Officer.
Additional Advantage: Knowledge of Islamic Finance Banking (IFB).
Location: East District (Dire Dawa)
Position 6: Senior Internal Control Officer
Qualification: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related business fields.
Experience: 4 years of banking experience, including 2 years as Auditor or Internal Control Officer.
Location: East District (Dire Dawa)
Position 7: Principal District Banking Business Officer
Qualification: Master’s/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or Business-related fields.
Experience: 4/6 years of banking operations experience, including 2 years as Senior Officer in Branch Banking.

- Knowledge of core banking applications
Location: West District (Jimma)
Position 8: Corporate Customer Relationship Manager
Qualification: Master’s/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related business fields.
Experience: 3/5 years of banking experience, including 2 years as Senior Officer in Financing or CRM (Credit).
Location: Head Office (Addis Ababa)
Position 9: Branch Manager
Qualification: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of banking operations experience, including 2 years as Senior Officer/Customer Service Manager or equivalent in branch banking.
Required Competencies:
- Branch management and leadership
- High-performance team building
- Problem solving and decision-making
- Coaching, mentoring, and internal control
- Strong sales, marketing, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of core banking applications
Additional Advantage: - Knowledge of local language
