Required Qualifications
- BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related business fields
- Minimum 2 years of branch banking experience
- At least 1 year as Junior Officer
Required Competencies
- Sales and marketing skills
- Customer experience management
- IFB product knowledge (advantage)
- Problem identification and solution skills
- Local language knowledge (advantage)

Position 2: Senior District Banking Business Officer
Required Qualifications
- BA Degree in business-related fields
- Minimum 3 years banking experience
- At least 2 years as Branch Banking Officer
Required Competencies
- Branch operations management
- Sales and marketing
- Customer service excellence
- IFB product knowledge (advantage)
Duty Station
- West District (Jimma)
Position 3: Principal District Banking Business Officer
Required Qualifications
- BA or MA Degree in business-related fields
- 3–5 years banking experience
- At least 2 years as senior officer in branch banking
Required Competencies
- Leadership, coaching, and mentoring
- Coordination and facilitation skills
- Problem solving and internal control
- Knowledge of core banking systems
- Strong communication skills

Position 4: Branch Manager
Required Qualifications
- BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years banking experience
- At least 2 years as senior officer or supervisory role
Required Competencies
- Branch management and leadership
- Team building and performance management
- Sales and marketing skills
- Internal control and compliance
- Coaching and mentoring
- Negotiation skills
- Core banking system knowledge
