Position 1: Banking Business Officer I
Minimum Qualification & Experience
- BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields
- Minimum of 2 years of branch banking experience
- At least 1 year served as a Junior Officer
Required Competencies
- Sales and marketing skills
- Customer experience management
- Interest-Free Banking (IFB) product knowledge
- Problem identification and solution skills
- Knowledge of IFB is an added advantage
Language Requirement
- Knowledge of the local language is advantageous

- West District (Jimma)
Position 2: Principal District Banking Business Officer
Minimum Qualification & Experience
- MA/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields
- 3 years (MA) or 5 years (BA) of banking operation experience
- At least 2 years as a Senior Officer in branch banking operations
Required Competencies
- Effective communication
- Coordination and facilitation
- Coaching and mentoring
- Problem-solving skills
- Internal control
- Knowledge of core banking applications
Language Requirement
- Knowledge of the local language is advantageous

Position 3: Senior District Banking Business Officer
Minimum Qualification & Experience
- BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields
- Minimum of 4 years of banking operation experience
- At least 2 years as Senior Officer / Officer in branch banking operations
Required Competencies
- Effective communication
- Coordination and facilitation
- Coaching and mentoring
- Problem-solving skills
- Internal control
- Knowledge of core banking applications
