Available Positions
1. Construction Project Coordinator
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction contract administration, quantity surveying, or project management.
- Familiarity with Ethiopian construction contracts under government procurement guidelines, private sector agreements, and Ethiopian Civil Code requirements is highly desirable.
- Experience in banking or commercial building projects is an added advantage.
Work Location: Addis Ababa
2. Senior Strategy and Change Management Officer
Qualifications and Experience:
- BA in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years as a Change Management Officer.
- Strong background in corporate transformation, business process improvement, and change management.
Work Location: Addis Ababa, Head Office
3. Treasury Management Officer II
Qualifications and Experience:
- BA in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
- Minimum 4 years of banking experience, including 2 years as Junior Officer/Officer in Treasury Management.
