1. Banking Business Officer I
Requirements:
- BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in banking operations.
Core Competencies:
- Sales & Marketing
- Customer Experience Management
- IFB Product Knowledge (preferred)
- Local Language Proficiency (advantageous)
- Problem-solving and client-focused mindset

2. Senior Banking Business Officer
Requirements:
- BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum of 3 years in banking operations, with 2 years specifically as Branch Banking Officer.
Core Competencies:
- Sales and Marketing in a branch context
- Customer Experience & Relationship Building
- IFB Knowledge (preferred)
- Analytical thinking and solution orientation
- Proficiency in local language (advantageous)

3. Branch Manager
Requirements:
- BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years banking experience, including 2 years as Senior Officer, Customer Service Manager, or similar.
Core Competencies:
- Branch Operations Management
- High-Performance Team Building
- Internal Control and Risk Mitigation
- Coaching, Mentoring, and Leadership
- Sales & Marketing Strategy
- Effective Communication and Negotiation
- Familiarity with core banking systems
- IFB and Local Language knowledge is an advantage
